Do you have tax and SSB services only?

Yes, we do. We customize our services for clients with special requests.

How long does it take to onboard an employee?

We have experience onboarding 200+ employees within 3 days because the client was able to provide the requirements immediately. However, it is always better and safer to have a good enough timeline of 2 weeks.

Will my data be at risk if I outsource?

We have strict control over the confidentiality of our client’s data. Our employees need the access card to enter the room where the data is stored and only the relevant payroll team member has access to the clients’ data with very strict protocols around passwords and access.

How long have you been in the outsourcing business?

We have our standard on-boarding requirements for all of our new clients and we are flexible to coordinate with their current vendor for exchanging the information as well as collecting the documents and tax books etc. For the cost, we can’t guarantee that our fees will be cheaper than their current vendor but can guarantee the quality of services and customer satisfaction.

I like my internal policy - do I have to change that when I use an outsourcing service?

No, you don’t have to change the internal policy because we will make sure that your outsourced employees understand all the policy, rules & regulations of the company and follow them accordingly.
